NEW TRANSPONDER SYSTEM
The final deadline to pick up and install your new transponder is this Friday, October 31, 2008.
Anyone who still has the old transponder will have to enter through the visitor gate effective 5:00 pm Friday.
If you are unable to make it to the Management office before this Friday, please call to make arrangements to have your transponder left with the front desk.  Security will assist you with the removal of old transponders and install the new one.  The Management office can be reached at (305) 854-4858.

The new security access system has been installed and is now up and running. This includes new vehicle transponders and access ID cards to open exterior doors. If you experience any problems with your new transponder please notify the management office immediately.
